After discussing floral care, we will next touch on colour theory before discussing the ideal flower assortment and approach needed to achieve a natural, elevated and garden inspired style.
After some short instruction around harvesting, and with water bucket in hand you will head select and cut an abundance of your own flowers to work with from our garden and field. “Golden Hour” is the ideal time to cut flowers and snap some photos while you’re at it, as all will be awash in the settings sun’s magical glow! (weather permitting!)

Dressing in layers is always a good idea as our workshops are held in our outdoor purpose built pergola. Flooded with natural light, yet still providing lots of fresh air and ventilation, it’s an ideal space.
Spaces are limited to ensure quality 1-1 support and instruction for everyone as needed.
Whether you come on your own or with another flower lover, we guarantee a relaxed and fun evening, filling your senses and tapping into your inner floral designer.

- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your workshop.
- Tea and coffee and light refreshments will be served.
- Workshops take place outdoors and protected under our lovely covered and enclosed pergola, so no fear of inclement weather. However if rain is too heavy to harvest in we will ensure flowers are cut for you in advance.
- Please wear shoes you would be happy to harvest flowers in and that are comfortable for standing as you create your design.
- All flowers, materials and refreshments are included in ticket price.
