Oats & Honey is a softly radiant, meadow-inspired dried basket arrangement shaped by warmth, texture and gentle natural structure.
Creamy oat stems and sun-softened grasses are layered through warm ivory, pale blush and subtle apricot tones, with honeyed florals and delicate seed heads adding quiet depth. The palette feels harmonious and light-filled — muted, textural and effortlessly balanced, like a field warmed by late summer light.
Designed as a small, nature-led installation, this foam-free basket arrangement allows each stem to rest naturally, celebrating movement, variation and the honesty of seasonal material. The composition feels open and generous, with air and softness creating a sense of calm abundance.
Finished in a natural woven basket and tied with a hand-torn ribbon in a warm honey tone.
Each arrangement is created from flowers nurtured from seed, then harvested and dried by hand here at our studio in Cork. Our careful drying methods preserve the integrity of every bloom — protecting both form and colour — so the arrangement can be enjoyed for many months to come, and often far beyond.
