We’re delighted to share the final seasonal release of our studio-grown dahlias — living plants hand-selected, nurtured, and divided from our own cutting beds here at The Flowersmith Studio.
These are not tubers or early starts — each is a robust, rooted plant, grown in rich organic compost and now approaching its first flush of buds. Ideal for gardeners seeking instant impact and a longer blooming season.
Each variety has been specially curated for its beauty, colour, and form, chosen as part of our studio collection for its exceptional performance in floral design. These are the dahlias we grow and reach for time and again — reliable favourites for bouquets, centrepieces, and arrangements, or simply to be enjoyed in the garden for their seasonal splendour.
They are also generous, cut-and-come-again plants — meaning the more you harvest their blooms to enjoy indoors, the more flowers they will give. With regular cutting and care, each plant will continue to flourish throughout the season, rewarding you with an abundance of colour and joy.
Best of all, these dahlias are ready to be planted straight into your garden, raised bed, or large pot — no extra growing on required. Simply place them in a sunny, sheltered spot, water well, and enjoy.
After years of refining our collection, this marks the first time we’ve offered these beloved plants to the public — a gift from one growing space to another, and a celebration of the beauty and generosity of flowers.

1. The Flowersmith Studio (Cork)
We’ll contact you after purchase to confirm a convenient collection time and provide directions.
2. Menloe Stores (Douglas, Cork)
We deliver to Menloe once per week on Thursdays.
Orders for Menloe pickup must be placed by Wednesday at 12pm to be included in that week’s delivery.
Menloe is open 7 days a week, but as space is limited, we kindly ask that you collect your order as close to Thursday as possible.
If you’re unable to collect promptly, we recommend choosing studio pickup to ensure your plants stay fresh and well cared for.
