Bean and Goose artisan chocolatier sisters and founders Karen and Natalie Keane, have a passion for using local, seasonal and natural ingredients.
Each Bar has been created in and inspired by the Co.Wexford landscape, so much so that their bar mould is a reflection of the local topography!
Karen and Natalie began making chocolate using the traditional technique of hand tempering on marble slabs which gave them a strong understanding of how to bring out the best flavour and texture; You have to slow down, be patient and be persitent.
Committed to using the highest quality ingredients, each mouthwateringly delicious creation is made with conscience, keeping enviornmental and economic sustainabilty in mind. The silky smooth, creamy texture is pure indulgence and if your anything like us, you will soon be looking for more!.
